MOSCOW, Nov 20 - RIA Novosti. Su-57E, MiG-35 and Cheapmate planes are of interest to the countries of the Asia-Pacific region (APR), Alexander Mikheev, CEO of Rosoboronexport, told RIA Novosti at the end of the Dubai Airshow 2021.
"The Su-57E, MiG-35 and the light tactical aircraft Cheiskmate developed by the Rostec State Corporation of the United Aircraft Corporation have good prospects in the market of the Asia-Pacific region (APR). Moreover, we are already seeing great interest in them all over the world," Mikheev said.
According to him, the MiG-35 is offered to the foreign market in single and double versions, is in service with the Russian Aerospace Forces, and its manufacturer is ready to supply the aircraft under Rosoboronexport contracts.
"We are consulting with a number of Russia's strategic partners on the Su-57E. The Cheeskmate introduced in 2021 has also aroused great interest in the world, but it has yet to overcome the path from prototype to production machine. Operators of Russian aviation equipment from Asian countries are closely watching these machines, and we record such attention at every exhibition both in Russia and abroad," Mikheev said.
