MOSCOW, Nov 18 - RIA Novosti. Strategic bombers of NATO countries fly at a distance of 20 kilometers from the borders of the Russian Federation, this goes beyond the red line, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
"Strategic bombers are flying at a distance of 20 kilometers from our state border. They are known to carry very serious weapons. Yes, we constantly express our concerns about this, we talk about red lines. But of course we understand that our partners are very peculiar, and they treat all our warnings and conversations about red lines so superficially," Putin said at an expanded meeting of the board of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
