The development of military buggies was considered at a meeting of the Military Technical Committee under the Council of Defense Ministers of the CIS member states.

"The issues of improving the system of restoration of rocket and artillery weapons, as well as the main directions of development of military vehicles of the buggy type, were considered in detail," the report says.
The results of the joint strategic exercises "West-2021" and "Echelon-2021" were also discussed.
The meeting was chaired by Russian Deputy Defense Minister Dmitry Bulgakov. "Today it is obvious that it is possible to ensure security only through joint efforts and coordinated actions," Bulgakov stressed.
He outlined the most important task of increasing the role of military cooperation in the CIS security system. According to Bulgakov, this is necessary to counter both international terrorism and other military challenges.
