Vladimir Putin and Alexander Lukashenko discussed maneuvers in the Black Sea. This is reported by the website of the Belarusian president.
"The President of Russia and I had a long conversation on this issue yesterday. Americans and NATO members behave abominably in the Black Sea," he noted.
The Belarusian leader added that the West is deliberately heating up the situation in the region. "But we are not boys to succumb to these incomprehensible gestures of theirs," concluded Lukashenko.
Recall that the flagship of the Sixth Fleet of the US Navy entered the Black Sea in early November. The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation called the unscheduled exercises near the Russian borders aggressive actions of the United States, absolutely unprovoked by Russia. Such maneuvers pose a threat to regional security and strategic stability, the military department noted.
