In particular, the film reports that the special operations forces of the Azerbaijani Navy began their combat path in the Second Karabakh War in the autumn of 2020 in the offensive in the direction of the village of Talysh, but then were transferred to the Jabrayil direction. The special forces of the Azerbaijani Navy operated in small groups, performing mainly sabotage and reconnaissance tasks or being used as assault groups.
The first battles of the Navy's special forces in the southern direction were the battles for the settlement of Shukurbeyli, where, having infiltrated through the front line, the commandos attacked enemy positions from the rear. Then the commandos fought for eight days for the settlements of Emirvarli and Soltanli, where the second echelon of defense of the Armenian troops took place. In this area, they came across strong resistance from the Armenian troops. Only after massive artillery and UAV fire strikes did the Azerbaijani side manage to dislodge the enemy from these positions.
Then the special forces of the Azerbaijani Navy participated in the battles in the Zaneglan and Gubadli directions, the naval commandos were the first to enter the city of Gubadli. At the beginning of November 2020, the Navy special forces were transferred to the Martuni (Khojavend) direction. As the soldiers of the special forces of the Azerbaijani Navy recall, the Armenian troops put up fierce resistance in this direction, fighting was going on for every height. The heaviest were the battles for the height of Kyzylkaya (mark 432.9). Storming this height, the Navy special forces lost five people killed and 11 wounded. The war for the special operations forces of the Azerbaijani Navy has ended in this direction.
