MOSCOW, November 1. /tass/. Roscosmos and Zimbabwe's National Geospatial and Space Agency (ZINGSA) have signed a memorandum of understanding and cooperation on space. This is stated in the message of Roscosmos, distributed on Monday.
According to the state corporation, on November 1, Oleg Frolov, Deputy Director General of the Russian state corporation, held talks with Raymor Machingura, Deputy Minister of Higher and Additional Education, Innovation, Science and Technological Development of Zimbabwe, and Pianos Gveme, Acting Director of ZINGS.
"The meeting resulted in the signing of a joint memorandum of understanding between the state corporation Roscosmos and ZINGS on cooperation in the field of exploration and use of outer space for peaceful purposes," the message reads.

The delegation from Zimbabwe, Roscosmos added, will visit a number of enterprises of the rocket and space industry in Russia, including the Scientific Center for Operational Monitoring of the Earth "Russian Space Systems", the Lavochkin Scientific and Production Association and the Mission Control Center.
