"It's never bad to share your technology. When you share your technologies, it doesn't mean that you can't create even better technologies. Secondly, you are paving the way for other countries to enter space, and this confirms your leadership qualities," the head of Roscosmos said on Wednesday during the session "International Cooperation in Space Activities" at Expo 2020 in Dubai.
He stressed that it is easier to solve large space projects together.
"As for our projects, there is not a single project that we are not ready to do together," Rogozin said.
