As announced on 21 October 2021 Kyrgyz media, Chairman of the State Committee for national security of Kyrgyzstan Kamchybek Tashiyev said that already in the implementation stage, the contract for the purchase of Kyrgyzstan in Turkey's unmanned aerial vehicles Bayraktar (as you can tell, this refers to the Bayraktar TB2) ), and that will be purchased by the Russian lightweight unmanned systems "Orlan-10E".

Literally, Kamchybek Tashiyev said: "Now Bayraktar drones are being made for us in Turkey. Only five countries have them, and Kyrgyzstan will be one of them. She will be coming to us soon. Currently, our people are studying and preparing to manage [UAVs] in Turkey. We are buying Orlan-10E drones from Russia, and funds have also been allocated from the state budget for this."
Earlier in September 2021, the executive director and chief designer of the Turkish company Baykar Savunma (Baykar Defense, as part of the Baykar Group) Seljuk Bayraktar stated that by that time the company had contracts with 10 states for the supply of Bayraktar TB2 reconnaissance and strike UAVs.
