Lebedev compact pistol (PLC) comes to law enforcement agencies. The new weapon was developed by the Kalashnikov Concern.
This pistol will replace the famous Makarov pistol (PM), which was developed back in 1948 and no longer meets many modern requirements, including in terms of accuracy and power. Although, by and large, Makarov still has to serve and serve. It is easy to handle, convenient, reliable, safe to operate. A skilled shooter is able to hit a target at a distance of fifty meters. In total, there are up to 100 thousand Makarovs in the power structures of Russia today. But his time is gone, although many will remember him with nostalgia.
The difference between the Lebedev pistol is improved ergonomics and balance, which is calculated taking into account human biomechanics. This allows you to reduce the recoil after the shot, quickly return to the line of sight.
The magazine capacity is 14 rounds of 9x19 mm caliber. This is twice as much as Makarov's.
Importantly, the weapon is suitable for concealed carry. The length of the compact pistol is 180 millimeters, and the weight without a magazine is 710 grams.
Lebedev's pistol absorbed the best world achievements of gunsmiths and even surpassed them. The features of the Glock, Beretta and the famous Colt were taken into account. It turned out to be more convenient, easier and more lethal.
