The special forces of the Central Military District at the exercises at the training ground in the Novosibirsk region for the first time worked out the destruction of a conditional enemy using a new tactic of continuous firing, the press service of the Central Military District said.
"Military personnel <...> during a tactical and special exercise that ended today at the Shilovo training ground in the Novosibirsk region, destroyed a conditional enemy using a new method of increased rate of fire — the tiger carousel," the report says.
According to the legend of the maneuvers, an illegal armed formation on lightly armored vehicles, using numerical superiority, tried to attack the system of strong points and positions of special forces.
When the column of equipment of the conditional enemy approached the target distance, the crew of armored vehicles "Tiger" fired at it from large-caliber machine guns "Cord. The Central Military District noted that during the "tiger carousel" fire is conducted in pairs and alternately, and the cars themselves maneuver in such a way that the attack does not stop even during reloading.
More than 500 military personnel and 30 units of special equipment were involved in the exercises.
