TSAMTO, October 20. According to the state defense order, 10 new tankers based on KamAZ-63501 and KamAZ-5350 vehicles were delivered to the MTO CVO compound stationed in the Kemerovo region.
The KAMAZ-63501 chassis houses the AC-14-63501 tanker truck, which can be operated at temperatures from -40 to +50 degrees. C, as well as withstand the hit of a 7.62 mm Kalashnikov assault rifle bullet, since it was created using a special self-tightening polymer material.
The tanker's refueling mechanism provides simultaneous refueling of four units of equipment at a speed of 600 liters per minute. The total volume of the tank is 14 m3.
An AC-7.5 tanker truck with a total volume of 7 m3 is placed on the KamAZ-5350 chassis.
The main purpose of tankers is transportation and short-term storage of fuel.
In total, the units of the logistics support unit of the Central Military District stationed in the Kemerovo region received more than 20 modern samples of weapons and military equipment under the state defense order in 2021, the press service of the Central Military District reports.
