TSAMTO, October 15. Minsk Wheel Tractor Plant has released a new ballast tractor MZKT-630240-010 (8x4) in a tropical version, designed for a foreign customer.
The tractor is designed to transport various large-sized indivisible goods as part of a road train.
One of the distinctive features is the right handlebar position. The car is made on the basis of the MZKT-692374 truck tractor, which has a modern double cabin with a sleeping place, with characteristic recognizable features of the civilian line of VOLAT equipment.
The curb weight of the tractor is 14.9 tons. The technically permissible mass of the towed trailer is 76,000 kg. The stable minimum speed with full load is 2 km/h, the maximum is 45 km/h, which fully meets the technical requirements of the customer.
The car is equipped with a YAMZ-75117.10 diesel engine and a mechanical transmission manufactured by MZKT. The tractor is equipped with a non-locking traction device Rockinger RO56E.
At the request of the customer, flashing beacons and a spark extinguisher are additionally installed on the tractor.
