TSAMTO, October 13. For the purpose of competent operation of new military equipment and its effective use, the training and retraining of personnel of department commanders, driver mechanics and gunners-operators of combat vehicles, as well as officers for military units is carried out in two stages.
At the first stage, theoretical and simulator training is carried out both in the training centers of the Ground Forces with the involvement of specialists, and on the basis of the training centers of manufacturers.
At the second stage, practical exercises on the material part and coordination of units are conducted in formations and military units. Retraining activities are completed with tactical exercises, including live firing.
The training centers of the Ground Forces, which train and retrain specialists for advanced weapons, are equipped with a modern training base. In addition, in accordance with the Concept of the development of training facilities, unified TCB complexes have been developed and accepted for supply. Currently, they are being delivered to training centers and universities of the Ground Forces, according to the Department of Information and Mass Communications of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
