A self-propelled sniper rifle was shown in the USA

The American company Ghost Rorotics has presented a prototype of a four-legged combat robot SPUR, armed with a high-precision sniper rifle from Sword International.

SPUR stands for "unmanned special purpose Rifle" (Special Purpose Unmanned Rifle) and is presented as "the best friend of the Special forces". The prototype was demonstrated at the annual exhibition and conference of the US Army Association AUSA-2021.

According to the manufacturer, the SPUR is able to move over rough terrain at speeds up to 7 km / h, overcome shallow reservoirs, ditches, steep ascents and descents. His shooting abilities are not reported. The type of rifle mounted on it is unknown.
