Moscow. October 8th. INTERFAX - The Government of the Russian Federation plans to transfer state-owned shipbuilding assets to the authorized capital of the United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC) in October 2022. The corresponding decree of the President of the Russian Federation is posted on the official Internet portal of legal information.
As noted, this government proposal was adopted "in order to further develop the scientific and production potential of the Russian Federation, ensure the defense capability of the state, and improve the structure of shipbuilding industry organizations."
The federally owned shares are transferred in the order of payment for additional shares placed by joint-stock companies as part of an increase in the authorized capital of USC.
13.55% of PJSC "Shipbuilding Plant "sEvernaya Verf" (St. Petersburg), 23.3% of JSC "Far Eastern Plant "ZVEZDA" (Bolshoy Kamen, Primorsky Krai), 1 share of JSC "Far Eastern Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Center" (Vladivostok), 99.9% of JSC "Shipbuilding Plant "Vimpel" (Yaroslavl region), 1 share of JSC "Research Design and Technology Bureau "ONEGA" (Severodvinsk) are transferred to the ownership of USC.
In addition, according to the decree, the state transfers 3.38% of PJSC "Krasnoe Sormovo Plant" (Nizhny Novgorod), 0.21% of PJSC "Amur Shipbuilding Plant" (Khabarovsk Krai), 7% of PJSC "Proletarian Plant" (St. Petersburg).
The Government of the Russian Federation needs to ensure the implementation of these measures within 12 months.
