American businessman, head of Tesla and SpaceX, Elon Musk shared his dream. He admitted on his Twitter account that he would like to develop an electric aircraft.
Musk spoke about his desire to create a supersonic electric airplane with vertical takeoff and landing. However, he stressed that at the moment he is not able to allocate time to this development.
"I would so like to create a supersonic electric airplane with vertical takeoff and landing, but if I add more work to myself, my brain will just explode," Musk replied to a question from one of his subscribers, what he would like to do in the future.
Earlier, Elon Musk announced the launch of the Starlink satellite Internet in October. It is assumed that in the near future the project will start working on the territory of the CIS — in particular, SpaceX and representatives of the union are negotiating about this.
According to Dmitry Rogozin, CEO of ROSCOSMOS, SpaceX Starlink satellites can be used for anti-Russian military purposes. In particular, he allowed their use to control cruise missiles and distribute malicious content.
