The press secretary of the President recalled that in order to implement the project, "all parameters must be included in the budget, before that they must be agreed with all departments"
MOSCOW, September 30. /TASS/. Work on the project of creating a Russian service orbital station is currently underway, this idea cannot but be supported, Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation, told reporters on Thursday.
"Of course, this work is underway," he said in response to a question whether this idea was supported at a meeting on Wednesday. "This is a matter of budgeting, of course," the Kremlin representative said.
He recalled that in order to implement the project, "all parameters must be included in the budget, before that they must be agreed with all departments." "This is the work that must be carried out, it cannot be supported," Peskov said.
The press secretary drew attention to the fact that this is a voluminous work that affects the interests of many departments. "Therefore, there will be a lot of things to coordinate," he summed up.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting on the development of the space industry that Russia is working on the idea of its orbital project, despite the possible extension of the life of the ISS after 2024.
