According to the General Director of the SEZGennady Degtev, the project implementation period will be three years.
The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation has provided a subsidy of 150 million rubles for the implementation of the Micron high-tech production project.
Development work on this project will be carried out jointly with the NPK" Technological Center", which carries out comprehensive research and development in the field of micro - and nanoelectronics, micro - and nanosystem technology and devices based on them.
"NPK" Technological Center "is constantly expanding its range of activities, mastering new technologies, developing radio-electronic equipment and devices based on nanotechnologies, said the General Director of NPK "Technological Center" Vyacheslav Svetukhin. Participation in this project, according to him, will allow together with "Micron" to offer the market modern integrated circuits of wide application, which will improve the quality of domestic industrial equipment.
