TSAMTO, September 22. The plastics plant of the Technodinamika holding of the Rostec State Corporation will launch a new complex for assembling ammunition for ship guns, tank and field guns, as well as artillery installations of 100-152 mm caliber.
The project provides for the modernization and technical re-equipment of the enterprise, and the projected growth rate of production volumes will be 150%.
The new production site will be equipped with a modern complex of automated installations with manipulators, rotary mechanisms and transfer robots. This will minimize the number of operations performed manually, increase the level of industrial safety and labor productivity.
"We will get a high-tech production that meets all industrial safety standards. The automated control system will control and synchronize all production processes of the new complex of the Plastics plant. That is, first of all, we are interested in organizing the so-called "deserted production" and removing personnel from particularly dangerous zones. At the same time, we will be able to increase the volume of deliveries as part of the implementation of the state program. According to our estimates, after the workshop reaches its design capacity, the production of artillery ammunition will increase by 1.5 times. The introduction of automated technologies will cost about 250 million rubles, " said Igor Nasenkov, General Director of Technodinamika Holding.
The total area of the new production facility for the assembly of shells for field and tank artillery is almost 4,000 sq. m. It is planned to complete the construction and put the facility into operation by 2023. The complex will be launched as part of the continuation of the previously implemented investment projects "Reconstruction and technical re-equipment of production facilities for filling and assembling special products with measures to ensure the safety of the enterprise" and "Implementation of a set of measures for the restructuring of industrial capacities", the amount of investments in which amounted to about 2 billion rubles.
