Defense spending of the Russian Federation in the next three years will exceed 10.8 trillion rubles

Moscow. September 21. INTERFAX-Russia's spending on national defense in 2022-2024 will amount to more than 10.8 trillion rubles, according to an explanatory note to the draft federal budget for three years.

"Budget allocations under the section "National Defense" in 2022 will amount to 3,510,419. 6 million rubles, in 2023 - 3,557,223. 3 million rubles and in 2024 - 3,811,777. 5 million rubles, " the document says.

It notes that in relation to the GDP of the corresponding year, the share of defense spending will be 2.6% in 2022, 2.5% in 2023 and 2024.
