Moscow. September 19. INTERFAX-The National Space Center (NCC), which is being built in the west of Moscow, will be protected from the point of view of information security, the acting director of the Scientific and Technical Center (STC) Zarya (Roscosmos structure)said Andrey Rebrina.
"We already have a clear idea of the upcoming work in the new headquarters of Roscosmos, which is now being built at a rapid pace in the area of the Filevskaya floodplain," he said in an interview with the Russian Space magazine.
"More than 30 enterprises of the industry will be located on one site in the complex of buildings of the National Space Center, and the STC "Zarya" is defined as a single operator for ensuring information security and information protection issues. We are already preparing the necessary staff of highly qualified specialists, studying the means of protection that will be used at the new site, so that at the time of arrival of the first "residents" we will be ready to ensure the necessary level of security of the information infrastructure of the entire complex," said Rebrina.
STC Zarya in Roscosmos is responsible for special communications and technical protection of information, is the main organization of Roscosmos for countering foreign technical intelligence.
According to Rebrina, Zarya has all the licenses of the FSTEC, the FSB and the SVR of Russia to work in the field of protecting state secrets, information and information security in all major areas.
"In the last few years, STC Zarya has been actively increasing its material and technical base. We have created and equipped a special X-ray control laboratory designed to check technical means, including various gifts, interior items for the presence of embedded technical intelligence tools," he said.
As reported, the height of the future 47-storey tower of the NCC in Moscow, taking into account the spire, will exceed 288 m.
The NCC with an estimated cost of 25 billion rubles will be built at the expense of the Moscow budget. In addition to the headquarters of Roscosmos, there will be a technopark with enterprises of the aviation and space industry.
It is planned to complete the NCC in 2022, said the head of Roscosmos, Dmitry Rogozin.
