"On September 15, a train with two Soyuz-ST launch vehicles left Samara for St. Petersburg for further transportation to French Guiana (South America) as part of the international Soyuz project at the Guiana Space Center, operated by the European launch services provider Arianespace, "the report says.
In January, the Deputy Director General of Roscosmos for International Cooperation, Sergey Savelyev, told TASS that the Russian Federation plans to carry out 10 launches of Soyuz-2 and Soyuz-ST launch vehicles in the interests of foreign customers in 2021. According to him, the launch of the European global satellite navigation system Galileo is expected from the Kourou cosmodrome.
