MOSCOW, 15 Sep-RIA Novosti. The Moscow Arbitration Court has registered a claim of the Russian Ministry of Defense, which demands to recover about 1.2 billion rubles from the Samara PJSC "UEC-Kuznetsov", which produces engines for aircraft and missiles, follows from the information in the file of arbitration cases.
The claim was submitted to the court on September 14 and has not yet been accepted for consideration. The grounds for the claims are not yet reported in the court materials.
The company "UEC-Kuznetsov", which is part of the United Engine Corporation "Rostec", develops and produces gas turbine aircraft and liquid rocket engines. By order of the Ministry of Defense, it produces, in particular, the NK-32 engines of the second series for the Tu-160 "White Swan" strategic bombers and the deeply modernized Tu-160M, the NK-12MP engines for the Tu – 95MS, the NK-25 for the Tu-22M3 long-range aircraft.
