MOSCOW, 15 Sep-RIA Novosti. The Moscow Arbitration Court has registered a claim of the Russian Ministry of Defense demanding to recover about 343 million rubles from PJSC Sukhoi Aviation Holding Company, it follows from the information in the file of arbitration cases.
The claim was submitted to the court on September 14, the grounds for the claims are not currently reported, the claim has not yet been accepted for consideration.
Sukhoi is a large Russian aviation holding company, part of the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC). It produces the Su-57 multi-purpose fighter of the fifth generation, the Su-35 multi-purpose supermaneuverable fighter, the Su-34 fighter-bomber. The UAC, established in 2006, unites leading Russian design bureaus and aircraft factories.
