The construction of a field camp is being completed at the Tarskoye training ground in North Ossetia, where units of the country's combat army reserve (BARS) will come for training. The readiness of the camp was checked by the commander of the Southern Military District, Army General Alexander Dvornikov. This was reported in the press service of the military district.
- Citizens who are in reserve and have expressed a desire to voluntarily conclude a contract with the Russian Armed Forces on staying in reserve are kept in the most prepared mobilization state. This is achieved by attaching each of them to a specific military unit for a specific military position, with periodic training sessions for the restoration or acquisition of military skills and abilities, " Dvornikov said.
Reservists will have to live in the camp in modern and reliable barracks, where there are televisions, leisure rooms, showers and other amenities. Also, a canteen and a bath and laundry complex will work on the basis of the camp.
Training at the training ground will take place in several directions. In particular, here the reserve units will be able to learn how to ensure the protection of particularly important objects, maintain law and order and participate in the elimination of the consequences of natural disasters.
