On August 22-28, the seventh International Military-Technical Forum "ARMY-2021" and the Army International Games – 2021 were held in the military-patriotic park "Patriot".
Representatives of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "VNII " Center", headed by Director General S. I. Dovguchits, took part in 46 events of the Congress "Diversification of the Defense Industry" within the framework of the ARMY-2021 forum. Transformation of the production base". The key topic of the discussions is the prospects for increasing the production of high-tech products for civil and dual-use purposes.
The Institute presented a single window for searching for a technological partner – a new mechanism for interaction of legal entities with defense industry organizations of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia for the development of technological projects.
In order to ensure the functioning of a Single Window, the Institute has created a special expert group for the formation of new projects
and innovative scientific and technical groundwork. The group includes representatives of all integrated defense industry structures, key scientific and expert organizations.
After registering in a Single Window, applicants have the opportunity to find partners from among the defense industry organizations to implement their technological project, establish a short-term or long-term partnership, join a cluster project, order engineering services.
In addition, within the framework of the Single Window, a constructor mechanism has been implemented, with the help of which it will be possible to form a project
with the required set of technological competencies of defense industry organizations: metalworking, casting, milling, woodworking, electroplating, manufacturing of parts at the customer's request, etc. In total, this designer has a set of more than 750 thousand technological competencies and high-tech services, if we count the entire set of defense industry organizations.
The approach laid down in the Single Window to the development of cooperation relations between organizations of the innovative civil sector and the defense industry will become a significant mechanism that can additionally ensure an increase in the volume of high-tech products and reach the targets set by the President of Russia.
