I must say that in 2014, Chinese companies introduced two different types of new-generation ATGMs.

Norinco showed Red Arrow 12 (HJ-12), that version is somewhat different from the one that eventually entered service with the PLA, but in principle, some difference between prototypes and export modifications and the fact that it goes into service for its army is not uncommon for China. But I would still like to look at the missile of the ATGM that entered service to understand exactly whether it came from the Red Arrow 12 (HJ-12) or not.

And Poly Technologies offered the TS-01 ATGM, but the differences there seem to be even more noticeable.
