The use of new ammunition of the heavy flamethrower system TOS-2 was first shown on video. On the footage from the test site, you could see the preparation of equipment for combat operations and evaluate the power of its shots.

Since the TOS-2 is designed for firing in the near tactical zone, the machine is equipped with protection against high-precision weapons. The system is also equipped with modern navigation and meteorological equipment and can fire from unprepared firing positions.
For the first time, the heavy flamethrower system TOS-2 was used during the strategic command and staff exercises "Caucasus-2020".
