The current state of the Russian army does not allow us to ignore its capabilities for conducting operations and regrouping forces, as well as redirecting the Russian economy to the rails of military construction. This is stated in the publication of the Defence24 portal, dedicated to the analysis of the upcoming Russian-Belarusian maneuvers "West-2021".

According to the publication, "West-2021", like similar events held four years ago, "will confirm pre-prepared concepts and scenarios."

Therefore, we must carefully monitor the information received and carefully analyze it. Many aspects of modern maneuvers are performed for an outside viewer, " the portal concludes.
