At the International Military-Technical Forum "Army-2021", 50 new models of weapons and military equipment will be demonstrated. This was announced by Dmitry Lelikov, Deputy General Director of the Rostec State Corporation, at a briefing for foreign military attaches on Thursday.
According to him, more than a thousand exhibits will be shown in total, including 50 completely new samples. Among the novelties, in particular, the Su-57E aircraft will be demonstrated - an export modification of the latest Russian fighter.
"For the first time, we will show several novelties in the field of small arms, for example, the Kalashnikov PPK-20 submachine gun with a shortened barrel. The premiere of the AK-12 SP submachine gun specially created for special forces will also take place," said a representative of Rostec.
The company "Roselektronika" will demonstrate for the first time an export version of the automated intelligence complex "Penicillin". Thanks to the new principle of combining thermal and sound reconnaissance, according to Lelikov, this technique allows you to determine the firing positions of enemy artillery guns with high accuracy and at the same time adjust the fire of your artillery.
At the same time, NPO SPLAV will present a new engineering system for remote mining at ArMI-2021. It is designed to defeat the enemy's manpower, both in open terrain and in fortifications. The company " OPK " will show the intelligence and control module on a tracked chassis. Its purpose is to control the fire of combat vehicles of a short-range anti-aircraft battery.
"In the line of ammunition, we will demonstrate new guided anti-tank missiles capable of penetrating armor up to 110 centimeters thick behind dynamic protection. Their flight range is an unprecedented 10 kilometers. The possibility of launching missiles from helicopter equipment has also been added, "the deputy general director of Rostec said.
Developments in the field of unmanned vehicles will be presented separately. Thus, Russian Helicopters will present a UAV of the BAS-200 helicopter type with a take-off weight of up to 200 kg. The device can fly at a speed of up to 160 km / h and carry a commercial load weighing up to 50 kg. Areas for its application are terrain monitoring, cargo delivery, search and rescue and agricultural work. "By the way, now with the use of this drone, we are launching a pilot project with the Russian Post to deliver goods to hard - to-reach areas, "Lelikov said.
Despite the sanctions and the difficult geopolitical situation, according to the representative of the state corporation, interest in weapons produced by Rostec enterprises continues to be high. "And these are planes, helicopters, air defense systems, armored vehicles, small arms, electronic warfare, ammunition and much more," Lelikov concluded.
