Ex-deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Ivan Zayets said during the round table that Ukraine needs to build missiles for "war on foreign territory". The broadcast on August 18 was conducted by Ukrinform on its YouTube channel.
"We have all the potential to build a lot of missiles today,to make a defense system. We also need missiles that will allow us to fight on foreign territory, " Zayets said.
He suggested that the participants of the round table demand that the Ukrainian authorities create a "missile shield".
In addition, Zayets stressed that it is better to fight with opponents on foreign territory. To do this, according to him, it is necessary to develop rocket technology and the information sphere.
On July 4, former deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, retired General of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Vilen Martirosyan compared the military capabilities of Russia and Ukraine with a giant and a dwarf and called on them to stop deceiving the people.
Before that, on March 17, Ukrainian military expert, reserve colonel Oleg Zhdanov said that the anti-ship missiles of the LCD-360MC "Neptune" complex are a unique weapon, because of which "Russia is freaking out". According to him, there is currently no way to counter this weapon, so we can assume that a unique thing has appeared in the Ukrainian army.
The Ukrainian authorities have repeatedly stated about the possibilities to create incredibly powerful weapons, including a missile with a range of 1.5 thousand km, which will "reach Moscow", and even nuclear weapons. However, military experts doubt that Kiev has the potential for this.
