TSAMTO, August 17. PJSC "Sukhoi Aviation Holding Company "(part of PJSC" UAC " of Rostec State Corporation) has changed its legal status from a public joint-stock company to a joint-stock company.
The company's Charter has been amended to exclude the indication that the joint-stock company is public. The new version of the document, which meets the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation for non-public joint-stock companies, was registered on August 9, 2021. The termination of the company's public status does not constitute a reorganization.
"On May 28, 2021, at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, a number of important decisions were made: on termination of the public status, approval of a new version of the Charter and on applying to the Bank of Russia to release Sukhoi from the obligation to disclose information about securities provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation. On July 23, the Bank of Russia granted such an application. On July 29, documents were submitted for the state registration of a new version of the Charter of JSC "Sukhoi Company" and amendments to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
