TSAMTO, August 17. The units of the PGRK RVSN are fully equipped with unique simulators for training mechanics-drivers of autonomous launchers of the Yars mobile missile system.
At the same time, each missile regiment will be supplied with training facilities for the development of auxiliary units of the latest complex.
Modern cabins of training complexes for mechanics-drivers of PGRK practically do not differ from the real ones. The road situation is projected in them on three large screens. The simulator cabin is located two meters above the ground on telescopic supports that tilt, lower and extend depending on the situation. Inside, the upper instrument panel repeats the real one, and instead of the side ones, there are monitors: the left one reflects the technical characteristics, the right one transmits the image from the rear-view camera.
The uniqueness of the new simulator lies in the fact that it is able to create an absolutely realistic visualization system for the trainee and, thanks to a six-step mobility system, provide modeling of various situations in real time, according to the Department of Information and Mass Communications of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
