In the southern military district, a combat army reserve composition is being formed - BARS. This is a kind of second front from the reserves, who will first be called into service in an emergency situation. For example, if there is a threat of armed conflict or aggression against our country. In peacetime, reservists will be trained at military training camps, and all the conditions of their temporary service, including financial, will be written in a special contract.
They plan to gather a considerable number of leopards - 38 thousand people. Judging by the words of the head of the organizational and mobilization department of the district, Konstantin Zapatotsky, it will be completed after a strict selection of candidates. A contract will be signed with each of the reservists. It provides for certain payments corresponding to the military rank, position, duration of temporary stay in the service and the nature of the tasks performed there. "So, for three days in the classroom, an officer will receive up to 10 thousand rubles. A sergeant and a soldier - up to 5 thousand rubles, " Zapatotsky explained.
At the conclusion of the first contract, depending on its duration, the reservist is entitled to a one-time payment. For an officer-up to 66 thousand rubles, for a soldier and a sergeant-up to 39 thousand rubles. They will also be provided with free medical care, and in force majeure circumstances-insurance payments. "From all sides, the reservist will be protected, as well as the current regular military," Zapatotsky explained. He added that the" temporary military " retains the main place of work for the time of army training camps.
We have also decided on the functionality of reservists at the headquarters of the Southern Military District. Zapatotsky said that among the tasks assigned to them will be the protection and defense of particularly important military and state facilities, maintaining law and order, eliminating the consequences of natural disasters.
The Southern Military District is already preparing a base for the deployment of reservists. Zapatotsky claims that it will meet the highest standards. At this base, theoretical classes will be held with reservists and their practical training will be organized, including shooting from all types of small arms and training in driving army trucks and combat vehicles.
