Moscow. August 6. INTERFAX-Almaz-Antey Aerospace Defense Concern JSC will receive more than 11% of the shares of Khabarovsk Radio Engineering Plant JSC from federal ownership, according to a decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The document was published on Friday on the official Internet portal of legal information.
"To accept the proposal of the government of the Russian Federation to make, as a contribution of the Russian Federation to the authorized capital of the joint-stock company "Concern of Aerospace Defense "Almaz Antey" (Moscow), 11.0304% of the shares of the joint-stock company "Khabarovsk Radio Engineering Plant" and one share of each of the joint-stock companies according to the list according to the annex in the order of payment for additional shares placed by the joint-stock company "Concern of Aerospace Defense "Almaz Antey" in connection with an increase in its authorized capital," the decree says.
According to the document, among the joint-stock companies, one share of each of which is made as a contribution of the Russian Federation to the authorized capital of the Almaz-Antey concern: the 502nd plant for the repair of military-technical property (Noginsk), the 1253rd central repair base of radar weapons in Samara, the repair plant of radio-electronic equipment "Luch" in the Leningrad region and the 69th repair plant of rocket and artillery weapons in Kaliningrad.
According to the document, "the shares are transferred in order to increase the efficiency of the integrated structures of the military-industrial complex."
JSC "Concern of East Kazakhstan Region" Almaz-Antey " is one of the largest integrated associations of the Russian military-industrial complex. The concern's products are in service in more than 50 countries around the world.
The concern, in particular, creates short -, medium-and long-range air defense systems.
