TSAMTO, July 30. An Indian delegation headed by the Chief of Staff of the Indian Navy, Admiral Karambir Singh, visited Sevmash.
A high-ranking Indian guest visited Sevmash for the first time.
The foreign delegation got acquainted with the history of the enterprise in the factory museum, a meeting was held here. Sevmash CEO Mikhail Budnichenko and Chief of Staff of the Indian Navy Admiral Karambir Singh discussed the current state of affairs and prospects for further cooperation.
Earlier, in 2013, Sevmash upgraded the Vikramaditya aircraft carrier for India. For several years, the company has been providing technical assistance in the maintenance and repair of part of the ship's equipment, supplies spare parts to the aircraft carrier and participates in the retrofitting of shipyards in Karwar and Mumbai.
