The Israeli army attacked a Hamas military base in the Gaza Strip

Jerusalem. July 26. INTERFAX-Israeli Air Force fighter jets attacked a military base that housed a number of buildings used by Hamas members, the Israel Defense Forces said.

"In response to balloons with incendiary devices launched towards Israel, we struck a Hamas military base containing infrastructure and facilities used for terrorist activities," the IDF said in a statement posted on Twitter.

It is specified that this base was located near civilian facilities in Gaza, including a school.

"We will continue to respond to any attempts of terror from Gaza," the Israeli military said.
