Moscow. July 24. INTERFAX-The rescue tugboat "Captain Guryev" from the squadron of rescue vessels of the Novorossiysk naval base of the Black Sea Fleet is making a transition to the Gulf of Oman, the fleet information support department reported on Saturday.
"Currently, the vessel is entering the Black Sea Straits of the Bosphorus and the Dardanelles with further access to the Mediterranean Sea," the report says.
At the same time, it is noted that "Captain Guryev" makes a sea crossing from Novorossiysk to the Gulf of Oman for the first time."
A Russian tugboat is heading to the Gulf of Oman to support the national team of the Russian Navy taking part in the international diving all-around competition "Depth-2021", which will be held in August on the territory of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
