He recalled that in Zhukovsky, Rosoboronexport held presentations of the main promoted models of aircraft, helicopters, air defense (air defense) and electronic warfare (EW) equipment for more than 30 delegations from 20 countries.
"During the negotiations at MAKS-2021, the company's foreign partners showed interest in acquiring MiG-35D and Su-30SME fighters, Il-76MD-90A(E) military transport aircraft, Il-78MK-90A tanker aircraft, Mi-28NE, Ka-52 combat helicopters, Mi-171SH military transport and multi-purpose Ka-226T, as well as air defense systems, including the Pantsir-S1 air defense system, "Mikheev told reporters, summing up the results of the first the working days of the MAKS-2021 aerospace Salon.
At the same time, he said that during the negotiations on the sidelines of MAKS-2021, the agency discussed with customers from the Asia-Pacific region, the Middle East, Africa and the CIS issues of industrial partnership in the field of joint and licensed production of Russian combat aircraft and helicopters, as well as the modernization of previously delivered aircraft equipment.
In addition, Mikheev stressed that most of Rosobornexport's contracts are currently concluded in rubles or national currencies of partner countries. He specified that the share of dollars "in our contracts confidently tends to zero."
