A full-size prototype of the AP-55 light multi-purpose helicopter is presented at the MAKS-2021 air show.
The machine, made according to the coaxial scheme of the rotors, can carry five people or up to 600 kilograms of payload.
The helicopter was developed on an initiative basis by designers from Moscow and the Dagestan city of Kizlyar. During the development of the machine, six original design solutions were patented.
"The AP-55 helicopter is made in the class of light single-engine vehicles with a payload of up to 600 kilograms and is designed to perform a wide range of transport tasks. The machine can carry out passenger and cargo transportation within the framework of corporate aviation.
