Moscow. July 13. INTERFAX-Civilian sights manufactured by the Novosibirsk Instrument-Making Plant (REFINERY) were purchased by a specialized Japanese company specializing in Russian optics for hunters and athletes, the press service of the Shvabe holding, which includes the enterprise, reports.
"The distributor received collimator sights with energy-efficient illumination of the PC-4, as well as optical models - the wide - angle PO1x20A, which increases the efficiency of shooting at direct shot distances up to 400 meters and the popular PO4x24, designed for fast targeting," the message said on Tuesday.
The report quotes the words of the general director of the refinery Anton Klokov, who noted that the company's optics are already known in the Asian arms market.
"Japan is a new direction that we plan to develop. This contract will help to assess the potential of products in the region and the interest of buyers in it. In the future, we plan to expand the list of supplied products with other developments of the enterprise, " Klokov said.
