During the land phase of the Sea Breeze 2021 exercise, the multinational tactical group worked out actions in conditions when the routes of movement of troops are blocked by the local population.
- This episode of the exercises is planned in such a way as to bring its conditions as close as possible to the combat ones. For example, in the east of Ukraine, the sample of 2014, writes Defense Express with reference to the country's Defense Ministry.
The training was attended by soldiers of the Marine Infantry battalion of the Ukrainian Navy, the State Border Service, the US Marine Corps, the armies of Georgia and Moldova. Ukrainian Marines moved on armored cars "Cossack", the American tiltrotor Osprey landed troops in the rear of the "enemy".
