"We cannot deceive the Ukrainian people, we cannot be hypocritical in front of others and show our power by saying that we will do both. We won't do anything. Whatever it was, Russia and Ukraine are like a giant and a dwarf… To brag that we have something-who are we kidding? " he said.
In addition, Martirosyan noted that too many "smart" people have appeared in Ukraine, who" with sycophancy " talk about love for their country and hatred for Russia.

On March 17, Ukrainian military expert, reserve colonel Oleg Zhdanov said that the anti-ship missiles of the LCD-360MC "Neptune" complex are a unique weapon, because of which "Russia is freaking out".
