MOSCOW, July 2. /TASS/. The Vostochny cosmodrome in the Amur Region has set a record for the number of rocket launches in a year, twice exceeding the figure of 2018, according to TASS calculations.
So, in 2018, the maximum number of launches of Soyuz-2 launch vehicles per year was carried out for the cosmodrome-two. In May 2021, during the third start of the year, this record was broken for the first time, and on July 1 - for the second time. In total, four launches took place in 2021 - on March 25, April 26, May 28 and July 1.

This launch was the tenth in the history of the Vostochny cosmodrome.
