TSAMTO, June 29. The pilots of the united Russian military base Kant in Kyrgyzstan for the first time performed combat training tasks using the new complex "Electronic polygon".
During the training flights, the crews of Su-25 attack aircraft practiced bombing and launching unguided aircraft missiles using the "Electronic Polygon" technology. The new equipment, designed to create a target environment and evaluate the results of combat use, allowed each crew to perform about 10 approaches to the target within one departure. The pilots worked out the complex use of aviation weapons for various types of targets in a dynamically changing target environment, while the time for performing combat training tasks was almost halved.
The use of the "Electronic test site" will more than triple the intensity of flights with combat use without increasing the consumption of ammunition, will provide objective control of the flight task, and also will not give the flight crew the opportunity to get used to the target situation at the test site, the press service of the Central Military District reports.

The United Russian air base Kant is part of the Collective Rapid Deployment Forces and participates in ensuring the security of the airspace of the CSTO states. There are Su-25 attack aircraft and Mi-8 helicopters in service.
