At the railway station, as a result of a fire on the platform, the coastal missile system "Rubezh" of the Russian Armed Forces burned down.
The incident occurred on June 16 this year at the Yudino station in the Republic of Tatarstan. As you can see from the video, an eyewitness watches the beginning of the fire of the BRK "Rubezh", located on the railway platform. At the same time, a man filming what is happening on his smartphone comments that neither the sentry nor the soldiers who are nearby in the car pay attention to the fire, which destroys military equipment.
Apparently, the incident occurred due to an electrical breakdown when the train with military equipment was traveling from the Crimea. It is known that there are no casualties among the military personnel.
The BRK "Rubezh" itself was seriously damaged by fire. According to reports, there were no missiles in the launch containers, so there was no detonation. Comments from the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, on this issue, have not yet been received.
