MOSCOW, June 22 - RIA Novosti. The project of the latest nuclear multi-purpose submarine of small displacement "Gorgon" is an advanced development of the design bureau, which is part of the United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC), the general director of USC Alexey Rakhmanov told RIA Novosti.
"The design bureaus are constantly developing advanced designs of new ships and vessels for military and civilian purposes, as well as submarines. The Gorgon project is no exception, " Rakhmanov said.
He did not specify the tactical and technical characteristics of the project, citing secrecy.
