Earlier on Wednesday, the general staff of the Estonian Defense Forces made a statement that two Russian Su-35S fighters violated the air border of the republic.
"On June 15, 2021, two Su-35 aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces performed a planned flight over the neutral waters of the Baltic Sea. The flight took place on a strictly established route. During the flight, the aircraft did not deviate from the route, which is confirmed by the data of objective control," the military department said. The Ministry stressed that all flights of the Russian Aerospace Forces were carried out and are being carried out in strict accordance with the international rules for the use of airspace over neutral waters, without violating the borders of other states.
