Moscow. May 28. INTERFAX-Rossiya Airlines (part of the Aeroflot Group (MOEX: AFLT)) has announced tenders to attract lessors for the delivery of 15 new (factory) Superjet 100 aircraft.
According to the materials of the purchase, the company wants to conclude contracts for a 12-year lease of "superjets" in the layout for 100 seats in economy class.
The total maximum purchase price is up to 48.6 billion rubles, including monthly lease payments and reserve deductions for engine maintenance.
All aircraft should be delivered this year.
The issue of leasing 15 new superjets was submitted to the Board of Directors of Aeroflot on May 31. The council also plans to discuss a deal to transfer the rights to Russia under the contract with VEB Leasing for the lease of 19 Superjet 100s and the sublease of four Airbus A320-200s to it.
Now in the park "Russia" 31 "superjet" in the layout of 87 seats in the "economy" and 12-in the "business". All aircraft were delivered to the company during this year, making it the largest operator of this type. By the end of the year, it is expected that the fleet of SSJ-100 "Russia" will grow to 66 units.
In addition to the "superjets", "Russia" flies on foreign Airbus A320, Boeing 737-777/-747.
