Ukrainian drones are increasingly appearing near the border with Russia. This was announced by the first Deputy director of the FSB of the Russian Federation - the head of the Border Service Vladimir Kulishov.
"The increase in the number of UAV flights is also noted on the land section of the Russian-Ukrainian state border. With the assistance of Western partners, the State Border Service of Ukraine is constantly increasing the fleet of unmanned aircraft used in border activities, " Kulishov said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
He did not rule out that the Kiev authorities may use drones in the conflict zone in the south-east of Ukraine. This is also evidenced by the fact that the country next to Russia is actively studying the experience of using Turkish and Israeli reconnaissance and strike unmanned aerial vehicles.
We should also not forget that Kiev is showing an increased interest in the Bayraktar TV2 medium-altitude attack drones of Turkey, which were massively used during the recent Armenian-Azerbaijani armed conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh.
